Tenant FAQ’s & Resources

A: To apply, please contact our rental manager for the application and further instructions.

A: No, we cannot hold a property until your application is approved and you have paid an amount equal to one month’s rent.

A: Generally, we only require the first month’s rent, security deposit, and any non-refundable pet fees (if applicable). Contact our leasing specialist for details.

A: Applicants under 21 years old must have a parent co-signer.

  • Most properties allow dogs, but policies vary by property.
  • If pets are allowed, a non-refundable pet fee applies.
  • If you’re considering getting a pet, please contact our leasing specialist to confirm if your property allows pets.
  • A mutually agreed-upon walkthrough will be scheduled to check general cleanliness and condition.
  • We have trusted cleaners and handymen available. If you’d like to hire our cleaners, we can help arrange that at your expense.
  • Safety issues must be addressed before move-out. General home maintenance may be handled by the owner.
