9 Local Favorites We’re Loving

Date

From coffee shops to dinner spots and a few favorite outdoor places, these are the Chattanooga spots our team keeps coming back to this spring and recommending to anyone looking for something to do.

Spring in Chattanooga is one of those seasons that makes you want to stay out a little longer, try a new spot, and revisit a few favorites you forgot how much you loved. Between the warmer weather, everything turning green, and longer evenings, it’s the perfect time to get out and enjoy what this area does best.

Here are a few places our team keeps going back to lately:

Coffee + Pastry Stops We Keep Recommending

If you’ve spent any time around our team, you already know we run on coffee.

Our go-to lately has been BeCaffeinated, especially the North Shore location. It’s one of those easy spots to meet a client, catch up on emails, or just sit for a minute before the next thing.

Bread and Butter in Red Bank is another favorite, their pastries are always top tier, and honestly, so hard to pass up.

We’ve also been loving Wayward Pastry Co in St. Elmo. Great coffee, but the real draw is the pastries. It’s the kind of place you stop in for a quick coffee and somehow leave with a full box.

Restaurants + Bars We Keep Coming Back To

There’s no shortage of great food in Chattanooga, but these are the ones that keep making their way into our regular rotation:

  • Aleia for a more elevated night out
  • Broads Lounge when you want something a little more laid back and fun
  • Han-Mi on Broad Street (if you know, you know)
  • Calliope for something a little different and always memorable

Each one has its own vibe, which makes it easy to find the right spot depending on the night.

Outdoor Spots We Never Get Tired Of

This is the time of year Chattanooga really shows off.

  • Point Park is still one of our favorite spots, especially if you walk up from Cravens House. It’s a great way to skip the crowds and enjoy the views on the way up.
  • Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center is especially beautiful this time of year, with everything in bloom and plenty of space to wander.

And if you’re up for a short drive…

  • The Shirley Miller Wildflower Area in Georgia is worth it in the spring. It’s one of those places that feels a little tucked away, but once you’re there, you’ll want to take your time.
